In Ketogains each of our services is designed to be scalable and customized. If you have what it takes and want to unlock your full physical and boyd composition potential, One-on-One Coaching may be just what you need.

WHAT WE DO FOR YOU

We study what your needs and goals are and personalize your diet and the distribution of your macronutrients to help you see the best results possible.

We create for you a fully personalized training routine suited to your level of experience, the time you can spend training, and the equipment you have available. Your routine is customized by our team of certified coaches.

We give you practical recommendations based on the latest science to help you adhere to your dietary protocol in daily, “normal life.” 

We have options that range from a single consultation to continuous coaching (from 4 to 12 weeks, or more if required.)

All consultations and coaching are delivered via e-mail and in written format for clarity, more detailed explanations, and future reference. 

We get a much larger number of requests than we are presently able to work with on an indivual basis.

Please understand that we generally prioritize two types of clients ahead of others for our One-on-One Coaching service: 

1.  Clients who compete in high-level performance or physique sports.

2.  Clients who are in extreme circumstances – very obese, very metabolically broken, or in any other health situation which necessitates prioritization.

If you do not meet the criteria above, we would encourage you to consider the Ketogains Bootcamp.

Generally speaking, the same level of support is available in the Ketogains Bootcamp – only without the individualized training programming, and the cost-per-week is substantially less expensive.

Single Consultation:

with no follow up

  • A customized basic example* of your daily diet based on your macros

     

  • Basic training routine adapted to your commitment and the equipment you have

     

  • Tips for how to maintain diet adherence and live the fitness lifestyle
  • We will answer your pre-sent questions about diet, health, and nutrition upon review

     

  • NOTE: there is NO follow up on a single consultation

Continuous Coaching:

Plans ranging from 4 to 12 weeks

  • Personalized configuration of your macronutrients and calories, specifically designed for your objectives

     

  • Supplement suggestions, adjuster to your specific needs

     

  • A customized basic example* of your daily diet based on your macros

     

  • Basic training routine adapted to your commitment and the equipment you have

     

  • Tips for how to maintain diet adherence and live the fitness lifestyle
  • Weekly check-ups and progress reviews for adjustments and motivation

     

  • Continuous support: you can contact us as many times as necessary during the contracted period for any question related to your diet, nutrition, training, or even if you just need motivation.

Important Considerations

Our dietary recommendations are based on a nutrient dense, whole foods approach and we adhere to paleo/primal principles, so we usually do not work with Vegans due to the limitations of the protocol.

Our advice is for general health and to improve body composition, and so we do not treat any disease such as Cancer, Alzheimers, etc.

We specialize in fat loss and body recomposition through changes in habits, improvements of diet and the power of strength training.

We are not experts for endurance/resistance sports and we do not coach for Iron Man, Marathons or similar sports.
